Clamping jaw for turning tools

The Revolution jaw holder is particularly characterized by its solid wedge clamping. It has a full surface effect and offers uncompromising grip. The clamping screws can be operated from the front so it is possible to change the holder even when the tool is already installed.

The Cool Tool Revolution jaw holder is also adapted to the latest cutting tools. It has a coolant spray nozzle for external coolant supply. The internal coolant supply is realized via an oblong hole in the front area of the jaw holder. Even if one would like to assume that a height adjustment for these heads makes little sense, one should consider hard machining with CBN or tube machining at this point. If one considers these processes, the adjustment of 1 mm above or below the turning centre will lead to significant changes in the cutting edge geometry. Whether surface quality or vibration behaviour, the Revolution jaw holder in combination with the Revolution Base again offers completely new troubleshooting possibilities.
