High Performance anti-vibration boring bar, QC system

The modular High Performance anti-vibration boring bars with carbide reinforced shank stand out due to their high projections and reliability. To properly clamp the boring bar, it has to be fully wrapped over the length of at least 4xD. Standard boring bar holders are not recommended. They do not offer enough performance to enable the boring bars full potential . With our revolution tool holder program, the boring bar is perfectly clamped within seconds.

All the modular boring bar heads of the matching series (QC or DM) fit onto the boring bars. The boring bar is equipped with internal cooling and has a connection thread for the coolant supply. We deliver the boring bar along with a reducing adapter which reduces the connection thread to a G1/8” thread in order to use our standard coolant connectors as well as our tubings. Due to its neutral nature, the boring bar can be used on both sides.
